Jonathan Tate :: BA, ACA :: Manager
Jon graduated with an Accountancy degree in 1985 before entering a training contract with our firm to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. He believes that by retaining a broad expertise, he is able to give comprehensive technical advice to both companies and their owners. He has shunned any narrow specialisations or special interest groups and has always embraced working for a non-departmentalised firm.

Mark Wallis :: FCCA, ATII :: Manager
Mark is a Chartered Certified Accountant having been admitted as a fellow in April 1998, and is also a Chartered Tax Advisor. He deals with a diverse portfolio of clients (individuals, partnerships, limited companies and trusts) and his main area of expertise is in tax planning. When not in the office he relaxes with his young family, and when time allows enjoys football, DIY and gardening.

Steve Davis :: ACA :: Manager
Steve is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years experience. He is responsible for a mixed portfolio of clients including personal tax cases and various owner managed businesses, together with companies, clubs and other organisations requiring audit services. Whilst undertaking a general practice role, Steve's areas of expertise include audit, company statuory and compliance matters, and technical support. In his time away from the office, Steve enjoys football, walking and supporting his children in pursuit of their own football and swimming interests.

Mrs Lesley Rose :: MAAT :: Manager
Lesley is an Accounting Technician and has been in the practice for many years, she has the responsibility for overseeing our payroll bureau. She also has responsibility for her own portfolio of clients from personal tax returns to small businesses. Lesley is local to the area and is very involved in community events in her home village of Chickerell.

Justin Merritt FCCA - Manager
Justin joined the firm in 1998 after training with another local firm. In 2001 he qualified as a Certified Accountant and began managing a diverse portfolio of small business clients. He specialises in corporation tax and income tax and prides himself in always giving a friendly and efficient service to clients. Outside of the office Justin enjoys football and golf and spending time with his young family.

Jon Edge :: ACCA, FMAAT :: Manager
Jon is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. He has worked in the industry for over 10 years and has a broad portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders to small companies. His main area of expertise is designing and implementing systems and controls for businesses to maximise profitability / cash flow and help meet statutory requirements. In his spare time Jon plays football and follows Formula One. He also enjoys relaxing with his family at home.

Michael House ACCA, MAAT - Manager
Mike is a chartered certified accountant, having been admitted as a member in October 2005. Mike has been with the firm since 1998 when he was employed as an accounts trainee and subsequently became an accounting technician in 2001. Mike assists the senior partner with his clients and his work includes income tax, corporation tax, accounts preparation and company secretarial services. His main area of expertise is company accounts and company taxation. Away from the office Mike is a keen footballer and plays for Poundbury F C in the Dorset Saturday league. He is also their Treasurer.
